Helheim Disturbance is a daily content that is unlocked at Base Lv.45. It is set in the same stages as the Memory of the Sage Book contents. To enter Helheim Disturbance, the player must enter the Chamber of the Sage Room that is located in the bottom left in Prontera. From there, head towards the Helheim Owl Statue that is on the player's left side. You can enter the Helheim Disturbance instances from there.
On the Prontera map, you will find the location of Chamber of the Sage room.
Look for the Helheim Owl Statue in the room.
Select the Helheim dialogue tab to enter the Helheim Disturbance instance.
There are three different modes. Solo, Basic, and Hard. Each mode will differ in difficulty as well as give different levels of rewards, hard mode giving you the best sets of rewards. To enter basic, or hard mode, you must form a party with at least 2 players. It is always recommended to have a full party of 5 players before entering Helheim dungeons.

There are many different stages of Helheim. Each dungeon corresponds with a chapter of the Memory of the Sage Book. And every few days, the dungeon will rotate.
Every few days, the Helheim dungeon will rotate. The Refresh Time is under the dungeon's name.
You can attempt Helheim Disturbance dungeons twice a day, and 8 times a week. You will not gain any rewards or experience upon exceeding the limits. However, you will gain Proofs of Union by supporting other players in their attempt at clearing the dungeon.

If you support other players, you will earn Proofs of Union.
Unless attempting solo mode, it is recommended to enter Helheim with a party of 5 players. The harder the difficulty, the greater the rewards.
You can Auto Match to form or find a party, or create your own with friends, random players, or guild members.
To clear a Helheim dungeon, players must achieve the objective and fight the final boss at the end. Each boss is unique to each dungeon. You can find more information regarding each of the Helheim bosses by clicking on the Boss Tip on the Helheim entry screen.
Each area has an objective that you must complete in order to get to the next area of the dungeon.
At the end of the dungeon, there is a boss fight. You must defeat them to complete the Helheim dungeon.
To be prepared for a Helheim dungeon, there is a recommended list of equipment and stats that all of the party members should have.
You can see the requirements for every Helheim dungeon. It is recommended that you meet these requirements before entering the dungeons.
By clearing Helheim dungeons, players will be rewarded with EXP, loots, Eden Coins, and more. But the most important rewards you can get from Helheim are the equipment blueprint fragments.

Equipment blueprint fragments - the most important reward you can get.
Blueprint fragments are required for players to purchase weapons and armor blueprints. These blueprint fragments can also be used for modifying your weapons and armor.
Depending on the player's level, they will receive equipment blueprint fragments with different levels.
You can exchange these fragments for weapon and armor blueprints from the NPC in the Chamber of the Sage room located in Prontera.
Head to the Chamber of the Sage room located in Prontera
Find the Equipment Blueprint Merchant near the center of the room.
Exchange your blueprint fragments for any weapon or armor blueprint that you desire. Once you get your equipment blueprint, you can craft the item by finding an armor or weapon blacksmith.
You can also use the blueprint fragments to modify your weapon and armor. To modify your weapon and armor, select the equipment you want to modify, press the More button, and select Modify.
You will auto travel to the nearest Equipment Modification NPC and from there you can proceed.
Select the equipment you want to modify and press More.
Select Modify and you will auto travel to the nearest Equipment Modification NPC.
From there, you can modify any of your equipment at will.
