### Strategy
To optimize collecting Rocker Bully, you may consider the following:
1. Draw at least your first Rocker Bully in every Limited S-tier Pet returning event, as it grants you 100% in the first S-tier pet draw or guaranteed draw. On the other hand, subsequent draws come with a chance of pulling other regular S-tier Pets.
