Deals 1100% Shadow MDMG to 5 random enemies, and reduces their damage done by 10%.
Increases damage vs Demi-Human by 12%, and reduces the targets' Healing Taken by 50%. Lasts for 6 sec and has a radius of 8 meters.
Tier 5
Deals 1400% Shadow MDMG + 550% DMG of the follow-up attacks to 5 random enemies, and reduces their damage done by 20%.
Increases allies’ damage vs Demi-Human to 16%, and reduces the targets' Healing Taken by 50%. Lasts for 6 sec and has a radius of 8 meters.
Tier 8
Deals 1400% Shadow MDMG + 550% DMG of the follow-up attacks to 5 random enemies, and reduces their damage done by 20%.
Increases allies’ damage vs Demi-h=Human by 18%, reduces the targets' Healing Taken by 100%, and deals an additional 600% DMG when Death Melody ends. Lasts for 6 sec and has a radius of 8 meters.
Charges to target before casting Death Melody and immune to damage while casting.

Deals 1700% Shadow MDMG + 650% DMG of the follow-up attacks to 5 random enemies, and reduces their damage done by 30%
Increases allies’ damage vs Demi-Human by 24%, reduces the targets' Healing Taken by 100%, and deals an additional 600% DMG when Death Melody ends. Lasts for 10 sec and has a radius of 8 meters.

The initial damage has a 20% chance to Stun the targets.

To get this pet, you will need LE Pet Coupons. You can get them for 100 Nyan Berries or from special in-game packs, the Poring Dice event, and tiering up your other S-tier pets. These coupons can be saved for other limited-time S-tier Pet events too. In the future, you can also get it from limited events like Sky City and Numba Wan.

The way Limited S-tier Pet Summoning works is that it has a chance of granting you 1 full S-tier pet (120 shards) and a guaranteed one for every 120 draws.Guarantee is a system where, once your number of draws reaches a certain number, your next draw is guaranteed to be the S-tier Pet.One thing to note, for your spending plan, is that the Sky City event is the most cost-effective method to obtain S-tier pets like Rocker Bully.
To optimize collecting Rocker Bully, you may consider the following:
Draw at least your first Rocker Bully in every Limited S-tier Pet returning event, as it grants you 100% in the first S-tier pet draw or guaranteed draw. On the other hand, subsequent draws come with a chance of pulling other regular S-tier Pets.
Upon drawing Limited S-pets, you will get 1 Angeling Coin, which you can spend on the Redeem Shop to redeem, costing 120, 240, 720, and 1200 Angeling Coins per pet (120 shards).
Alternatively, consider doing Sky City events when it gives the Limited S-tier Pet Selection Box.
