Guild Expedition (Cross server)

Written by PlayPost Team from ROO Discord Tavern.

Normally, Guild Expedition is played within the same server. However, the new patch of the Ragnarok Origin opens up the opportunities for players to encounter players from other servers to compete for various bosses, as well as many more added rewards.

Conditions for Participating in Cross-Server Guild Expedition

In order to participate in the cross-server Guild Expedition, the guild must be one of the top 32 guilds in the cross-server Guild League.

What is Guild Expedition?

Guild Expedition is a game mode where players from each guild compete to defeat bosses that appear across the map. The bosses randomly spawn in three different locations.

What are the differences between Cross-server Guild Expedition and the regular one?

  1. In cross-server Guild Expedition, players will encounter bosses that are not available in the normal mode, including Moonlight Flower, Drake, Phreeoni, Doppelganger.

  2. The existing bosses that can be found in normal mode will be available in greater numbers. For example, where we could originally encounter Angeling in only 1 map, in the cross-server Guild Expedition we will find it in 2 maps.

  3. Players will not be able to change equipment or access the Kafra shop. Players need to be thoroughly prepared before entering this mode.

Rewards / Loot

In Guild Expedition, loot come in the form of guild auctions, whether they be cards, feathers, or other items. If guild members manage to deal a certain amount of damage or last hit the boss, there is a chance that the guild will get to auction a boss card or boss card fragments. Players within the guild will have to bid against each other in the auction.

In addition, every participant will receive a reward box. Upon opening, the main reward will be Courage Points, which can be used to exchange for items in the point shop.

Moreover, a key highlight of the Guild Expedition (Cross-Server) mode is the increase in the number of bosses compared to the usual one. Traditional bosses such as Angeling, Golden Thief Bug, Develing, Goblin Chief, and Eddga will have 2-3 rooms each. Meanwhile, the newly added bosses will total four, namely:

- Drake

- Moonlight

- Phreeoni

- Doppelganger

Let me tell you, anyone who has the opportunity to participate in the Guild League (Cross-Server) should not miss this golden opportunity. Your character will grow significantly.

The differences between a True Boss and a Fake (Puppet) Boss are as follows:

  1. In the case of a fake boss, you will not receive card fragments, except you can still perform the last shot. However, with the true boss, once you reach a certain amount of damage, your guild will receive card fragments. If your damage is high enough, even if you can't perform the last shot, you will still receive cards as a guild reward.

  2. Fake bosses have less health than true bosses.
