Want to challenge yourself to a PVP with different gameplay? Then the Dimension Drill is for you. In this guide, we will learn about:
Event Information
Game Modes
Event Shop
Event Rewards
-Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 20:55 - 21:35
-Level Req: Base Lv.45
The system will find adventurers with similar rankings and put them in a match. Those who emerge victoriously will be rewarded a star, and their opponents will lose one. If your star gauge is at full, winning a match will allow you to advance. If your star gauge is at zero, losing a match will lower your rank. Bronze and Silver adventurers will not lose any stars.
Your star count is key to rank advancements. The higher your rank is, the more reward there will be at the end of the season.
If the rank difference between the party leader and the members exceeds 25 sub-ranks, the party will not be allowed to enter a queue.
In each game, adventurers will receive a certain amount of performance points. Winning a battle will earn you a star while losing a battle with insufficient performance points in the gold rank or higher will result in losing a star.
Regardless of the outcome, each game grants you with certain rewards, and there are weekly quests to complete for additional bonuses. At the end of a season, you will receive ranking rewards based on your rank.
To promote diversity in team composition, teams are restricted from having more than two members with the same job. Nevertheless, support with revive skills can be applied to their teammates.
After the end of ranked games on each server, top-performing teams will advance to the Thor Cup.
- There are 6 ranks in Dimension Drill: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Peerless. Except for the Peerless rank, all ranks have 1 to 3 sub-ranks. There is no star count limit to adventurers in Peerless rank. The server placements of adventurers with Peerless rank will be determined based on their final star count. Each rank has 3 stages, each requiring 3 stars.
In addition, all adventurers participating in the 1st season will start at the Bronze 1- ★ rank and no stars will be deducted for losing a game while below the Gold rank.
-There are quests dedicated to Dimension Drill. Rewards can be obtained by clearing weekly and seasonal quests.
Shapeshift Ops
Adventurers can shape-shift into MVP monsters for a limited time by picking up orbs to enhance their combat power. The orbs will respawn in the central area and the bases of each team. You can check the icon on the mini-map to see where the orbs will respawn.
After shape-shifting, adventurers can use MVP skills. You can shape-shift into Stormy Knight, Garm, Dark Lord, or Bloody Knight.
Garm Skills
Burst Frost - Deals Water damage to all nearby enemies, and inflicts the targets with a Frost Mark.
Spit Frost - Deals damage to enemies in a cone.
The Ball - Deals damage to all nearby enemies.
Stormy Knight Skills
Frost Path - Moves forward and deals damage to all enemies on the path.
Seeking Leap - Jumps to the target area and deals damage to all nearby enemies.
Storm Gust - Deals Water damage to all enemies within a target location, and inflicts Freeze with a chance.
Dark Lord Skills
Summon Injustice - Summons 6 Injustice minions.
Nightmare Descends - Deals damage to all nearby enemies.
Spirit Abyss - Deals damage to random enemies.
Bloody Knight Skills
Blood Storm - Creates swirling blood around himself that deals damage to all nearby enemies.
Seismic Combo - Deals continuous damage to enemies in a cone.
Fatal Charge - Moves forward and deals damage to all enemies on the path.
You can acquire up to 60 points by defeating enemies. Once the time expires, the team with the most points wins.
Blood and Gold
In this game mode, you just collect Gold coins from the Goblin King. The Goblin King drops coins whenever the HP goes down. You can attack the Goblin King at the center of the map to get coins faster. You also need to dodge the Goblin attacks.
You can also defeat your opponents by robbing their coins.
When the Goblin King dies, it will drop Gold Coins that you can pick up.
When the timer expires, the team party with the most Gold wins.
Cart Contest
For this game mode, your team needs to push the cart from your base to the enemy base. When the two teams are not contesting near the cart, the controlling team can push the cart toward the enemy base. The more adventurers there are near the cart, the faster it moves. Cart speed reaches the maximum when there are 3 adventurers nearby.
When both sides are near the cart, it will stop moving. At this time, you need to drive away or defeat the opposing adventurers to continue pushing it.
When the cart reaches an enemy checkpoint, it stops and charges energy to break through the checkpoint. After the bar on top of your screen finishes charging, the cart breaks through the checkpoint. Afterward, your cart cannot be pushed behind this checkpoint unless the enemy also breaks through this checkpoint.
Picking up the Energy Crystals randomly spawned on the field, capturing Altars, and pushing Carts can all increase your Team's Energy.
The constantly increasing Energy will grant powerful buffs to your allies, making it possible to claim victory even in an outnumbered situation!
When the timer expires, the team that made the most pushing progress wins the game. A team directly wins the game when they push the cart to their enemy base. When the timer expires, if the losing team has any adventurer near the cart, the game enters the overtime phase. A bar starts burning when no adventurer is contesting the cart. When the bar burns out, the game is over.
You cannot use Fly Wings, Butterfly Wings, Fruits of Yggdrasil, Elixir, or Leaves of Yggdrasil in Dimension Drill.
In addition, Priests, Dancers, and Bards cannot use Resurrection skills. However, adventurers can purchase exclusive potions as rewards from Dimension Drill quests, or the event shop using Mark of Prowness or Zenny.
Exclusive potions can instantly recover HP/SP or can increase the stats of you and all allies, but they have a relatively long cooldown.
When an adventurer dies, they are resurrected at the starting location, and an acceleration buff is given upon resurrection, allowing them to quickly return to the battlefield.
There is one way to purchase and exchange items in Dimension Drill.
From the event shop.
That's it for Dimension Drill.
