In the world of Ragnarok, Archers are popular thanks to their swift, long-ranged, and precise attacks. Especially in Ragnarok Origin, Archers' prowess is further buffed due to their easy access to elemental arrows, which make their attacks effective against all types of enemies. While other classes need to pay a great deal to get an Element Converter to achieve the same goal, hunters can purchase elemental arrows at an acceptable price!
Upon job advancing to Archer in Payon, it is advised to put all your stat points into DEX for stronger ranged attacks or into AGI for a faster attack speed. Double Strafe is also recommended for taking, as it is a great skill for leveling in the early game. Also, a bow is an effective weapon against small/medium monsters.Bow effectiveness against monsters of different sizes:
Vs. Small-sized monsters: 100%
Vs. Medium-sized monsters: 100%
Vs. Large-size monsters: 75%
To maximize the efficiency of your archer, you should focus on farming small and medium-sized monsters only, unless you can burst down large monsters quickly.
Double Strafe Lv.10 - Attack twice with a bow, dealing ranged PDMG to the target.
Owl’s Eye Lv.10 - Boosts DEX by 10.
Vulture’s Eye Lv.10 - Increases bow range by 10.
Attention Concentration Lv.10 - Buffs DEX and AGI for 4 minutes.
Skill Set:

After completing story and adventure quests, and raising the character to Base Lv. 30, it's time to start farming monsters in various maps using Battle Time. Every day, you get 150 minutes for that. Therefore, you should look for monsters that can be taken down by Double Strafe in one hit. Here are the recommended ones:
Scorpion (Lv.30): Located in Desert Crossroad (below Prontera City Map 2). Scorpions are medium-sized fire-element monsters. Archers can buy water-element arrows from the shop to increase damage output against them. Additionally, Scorpion card can increase attack power against plant-type monsters by 20%, making it useful and pricey.
Deniro/Piere/Andre in the Ant Hell map. Deniro (Lv.30 red ant), Piere (Lv.31 green ant), and Andre (Lv.38 white ant) are all earth element small-sized creatures. Archers can purchase fire arrows to boost their damage against them. Also, all these ants drop the same Andre card, which grants ATK+20, making it a cost-effective and useful addition.
Mandragora (Lv.35): they are located in the North and West of Geffen City. This immobile, medium-sized earth elemental creature is perfect for archers to target from afar without needing many health potions. Moreover, it drops a sought-after and pricey card that boosts your attack power by 20% against wind elemental monsters.
After reaching Base Lv.40 & Job Lv.40, you can undertake a quest to become a Hunter. There are three popular builds to play as a Hunter:
Use skills to attack single targets. When you hit targets with Double Strafe or Wind Dance, the skill charges up. Once it reaches the maximum, it will unleash an arrow barrage toward your target.

A trap hunter masters traps to strike monsters with magic damage. To maximize trap damage, the hunter should enhance their MATK. For farming, the go-to trap skill is Claymore Trap, which boasts the widest attack range and works effectively against earth and undead monsters due to it deals fire damage. It's best not to use Freezing Traps or water element traps for farming, as their damage multiplier is only 20%, rendering them weaker than other trap skills.
